I participated in the international conference OECC/PSC 2025, held at the Sapporo Convention Center from June 29 to July 3, 2025, where I was involved in organizing a workshop, delivering a presentation, and serving as a session chair. This conference is one of the largest in the Asia-Pacific region in the field of optical communications, attracting many participants from Europe and North America. Each session featured presentations on the latest research findings and lively discussions.

As a co-organizer of the workshop titled "[WS6] Challenges and Solutions to 200G-PON in Optical Access (O1)," which focused on the latest technologies in future optical access networks, I contributed to its organization by coordinating and selecting invited speakers. Thanks to the participation of leading researchers who are active in international standardization and other global conferences, the workshop—held on the very first day of the event—drew a large audience and featured vibrant Q&A sessions. It proved to be a highly meaningful and engaging session. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the speakers and participants.
