Prof. Asaka participated in the 40th International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN 2026), held at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, from January 14 to 16, 2026, for oral presentation and session attendance. ICOIN is one of the longest-running international conferences in the field of information and communications. Participants from 28 countries, including Europe and North America, presented their latest research results and engaged in active discussions in each session.

In the session on future network management and control technologies, entitled “A-3 Network Management,” he gave an oral presentation entitled “Novel High-Speed Offloading Control Technique Enabled by Inter-Controller Cooperative Operation Towards Advanced Cloud Computing,” in which he reported his research results on a high-speed offloading control technique aimed at advancing cloud computing. Through the question-and-answer session, he was able to engage in discussions with participants, making the presentation a highly meaningful and valuable experience.
