The contracted research is a research conducted by industries, organizations, individuals, etc. outside the campus, and the expenses required will be borne by the consignor. After studying and research plan, period, expenses, researchers in charge, we will exchange contracts and start research. If contract fee is less than 500,000 yen, there is a system of "simplified contract research" that does not require the creation of a contract document.

Flow of contracted research

１.Application

After considering the implementation plan, expenses and so on, fill out the university designed"contracted research contract" form and submit it to the HEET representative. If you need to specify your own contract format, submit it with the university designated draft contract form. "simplified contract research request form" is prepared for simplified contract research.

２.Acceptance decision

Approval of contracted research contract will be held at our university.

３.Conclusion of the contract

４.Transfer of research expenses

After concluding the contract, invoices will be sent to the client.

About scholarship donation

Scholarship Donation is a donation made by industries, organizations, individuals, etc. by designating use to HEET researchers.

Flow of scholarship donation

１.Application

Please fill in the donation application form designated by our university. Please submit it to the person in charge of HEET after signing / stamping.

２.Scholarship donation transfer

Please transfer scholarship donation from financial institution to the university by using designeted "Scholarship Donetion Transfer Form".

３.Sending a receipt

We will send a receipt issured by the university.

About joint research

Joint research is research that HEET shares research work on even terms in collaborative work including the expenses with industries, organizations, individuals, etc. from outside the campus. In case additional research fee is required at our university, we additionally need to undertake procedures for contracted research.

Flow of the joint research

１.Application

After consulting with HEET representatives to specifiy implementation plan, expense and so on for joint research subject, we start to prepare in-house proceedings to create contract document. If you need to specify your own contract format, submit it to the university.

２.Decision on joint research implementation

Approval of joint research implementation will be held at our university.
